On a new construction project in Aliso Viejo California,Roofing Standards and Trader Joes select a 45 Mil TPO on there 40,000 square f00t property

The city requested that a color be used since the roof could be seen from above so terecotta was selected.
“Cool Roof” for laundry mat in Burbank
A Laundry Mat located in Burbank, CA just received a new “Cool Roof”. This project consisted of installing 4,200 SF of Fibertite 45 Mil roofing membrane. The Business Owner wanted a roofing system that was both “Energy Star and Cool Roof” compliant that would help lower his electric bill and help cool the interior of the building.
New Single Ply system for Carl’s Jr!
Carls’ Jr. in Irvine is under way of a new Single-Ply Roofing System. We are currently installing a Versico 60 Mil TPO roofing system. It is very common to see Restaurants installing single-ply roofing membranes to their roofs because of the high chemical and contaminant resistance they offer. Not to mention that it is a Energy Star, Cool Roof and conforms to all LEED standards.

RS completes 65K SF warehouse with Verisco 45 MIl TPO
Roofing Standards just completed another 65,000 SF warehouse building. The membrane installed was a Versico 45 Mil TPO single-ply roofing membrane over 1/2″ dens deck giving the building owner a 20 Year NDL Warranty. Photos to follow shortly.
