Elvaloy enhances the performance and extends the useful life of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products. TPO Performs Remarkably in Long-term Weathering Study

(Carlisle, PA) – An update report on a “weathering farm” project conducted by the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA) has concluded that TPO performs extremely well in a variety of environmental conditions. According to the report, “it is quite possible that no other roofing material has undergone such an independent, thorough, and long-term full-scale study as WSRCA has diligently conducted here with TPO.” Test sites were located in a variety of climates including Seattle, Washington; Las Vegas, Nevada; Anchorage, Alaska; and San Antonio, Texas. Carlisle SynTec, a leading manufacturer of commercial roofing systems, supplied one of the TPO samples used for the study at each site.
